On behalf of the Technical Program Committee (TPC), it is our pleasure to welcome participantsfrom all over the world to the ISOPE-2016 Rhodes Conference. We greatly appreciate the excellentresponse and help we have received from colleagues around the world in the successful organization ofthe 26th Annual International Ocean and Polar Engineering Conference (ISOPE-2016), Rhodes, Greece,June 26–July 1, 2016. The Technical Program Committee received some 1320+ abstracts. The 2016Conference features 155 sessions with 711 peer-reviewed papers in the conference proceedings, the Jin SChung award lecture, 9 plenary and keynote sessions, and some 29 oral presentations without peerreviewedpapers in the proceedings, representing more than 56 countries.
