Risk assessment results can help to find the position of hazardous elements and to compose the applicable scenarios. Accident simulation will provide a foundation on securing a safety distance range from the decompressor in the case of an explosion. This work will ultimately contribute to assisting the creation of legislations dealing with the management of the hydrogen town.
