Simulation process of electromagnetic waves diffraction formulated in terms of MoM solution obtaining, as the first step of general meshing algorithm. As a scattering surface perfect conductor cylinder served. The task is complicated by the existence of a special inhomogeneity on the scattering surface, the presence of which must be well established as the result of scattering pattern analysis. Inhomogeneity is defined by the limiting case - through hole. Simulation describes the dynamic system wherein heterogeneity rotated relative to the cylinder axis. Physical origins of optimization parameters - morphology dependent resonances (MDR) provisions, within which special tunning cycle realized. Method of dynamic simulation - stepping movement of the object. The proposed algorithm has been tested in CAD, optimization results provide a significant gain in the specified accuracy, corresponding to standard CAD meshing rules.
