An approach for graphical optimization of electric hot plates efficiency

Determining the energy efficiency of electric household appliances demands not only to assess and make a comparative analysis of their coefficients of efficiency, but also to find out an optimal design and operative parameters of the appliances. This can be achieved by the method of statistical modeling followed by optimization of the obtained regression equations. This publication suggests a methodology for optimization of the operative parameters of electric hot plates based on optimizational functionals derived from multiple experimental studies of the full range of hot plates and heating zones.
