Analysis of Safety Investment and Safety Benefit in Coal Enterprise

In China, coal mine accidents occurred frequently in recent years. So this paper tried to find the equilibrium point between the study of safety investment and safety benefits in coal enterprises, by using a combination of t theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods. We discussed and analysed the safety investment and benefits of coal enterprises with more serious problems. By using DEA data envelopment analysis method, we established the model for discussing the safety and the efficiency, and we analysed the production situation of 15 coal mines of Shaanxi Province in 2010 and drew results and suggestions in order to provide a reference for enterprises to obtain maximum security benefits.
