摘要

All-optical wavelength conversion (AOWC) for 160Gbps polarization division multiplexing OFDM (PDM-OFDM) 16QAM signal in semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) is theoretically simulated and realized in this paper. An external cavity laser is employed as the dual-pump seed. The measured result shows that the polarization insensitive converted signals can be achieved based on coherent detection without crosstalk. The simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
