The application of MEMS scanners in medicine, in methods of treatment is considered. Was performed analysis of different types of scanners. According to a set of signs, the best performance is determined by electro-magnetic MEMS scanners. A model for the distribution of laser energy under a sinusoidal beam control law is constructed. Was detected areas of possible overdose, depending on the scan amplitude and radius of the beam cross section. The methods of increasing the uniformity of laser energy distribution over the surface are proposed.
