As the wireless networks has the capability toharvest RF signal's energy and therefore can be referred as selfsustained networks. Wireless networks can act as self-sustaining byharvesting the energy from RF signals (radio frequency). In recenttime, researchers have developed efficient circuitries &components for harvesting the RF energy for low powered wirelesselements. By its support, and based over classic CR network(cognitive radio) design, this document suggests a gradualmethodology for the network of wireless type that coexist in themobiles with low power in the networks of secondary types aretermed as STs (secondary transmitters), collect the energysurrounded by transmitters through transmitters of active state ina primary networks, that is termed as (PTs), that can have theaccess of licensed spectrum to the network of primary type. Ageometrical model of stochastic form is taken into considerationwhere STs & PTs are distributed in the form of independentHPPPs (homogenous Poisson point processes) & interact with theintended receivers over a defined distance. Every PT is linked to aguard zone for protecting the receiver applied internationally fromthe interference of ST & at the same moment, energy of RF getsdeployed to STs that false under region of harvesting. In thisdocument a PSA algorithm (prioritized spectrum access) issuggested for improve the probability of transmission inaccordance to density of WPC.
