摘要

Large multi-layer steel structure has high reliability and safety and become more and more widely in construction of offshore oil platform. As error accumulation of large steel structure with multi-layers when manufacturing and installing, it is very hard to realize the accuracy of installation in responsible constructing efficiency. It's usually required to set up accuracy control points with 3D software, and monitor the accuracy control points with the total station to improve the installation accuracy and efficiency. This paper presented a secondary development of AutoCAD with VBA, which develops an assembly accuracy control system to provide layering, accuracy control points setting and measuring data matching functionfor construction of offshore large multi-layer steel structure, and helps analysis installation errors. This system can provide important technical support for the construction of large multi-layer steel structure.
