摘要

This paper proposes the design of a new compact, low power consumption, portable K-band FMCW radar for short distance ranging applications from composition, choice, and design of system. This new system uses triangle wave modulation mode, the tuning bandwidth is 300MHz (24.0GHz-24.3GHz), the modulation period is 2ms. With external low-noise amplifier and power amplifier, its measuring distance up to 300m, measurement accuracy reaches 0.5m, and operating in real-time.
