摘要

With the development of wind power technology, the installation of the wind turbines increase greatly in amount, the workload of the maintenance is also growing rapidly, the wind tower free climbing device play an important role in the daily inspection and maintenance work. To overcome the shortcomings existed in the style that manage and maintain the tower free climbing device, this paper proposes a wind tower lift diagnosis system based on internet of things. The designed framework of this diagnosis system is composed of perceptual layer, transport layer and application layer. The hardware of the system adopts modular design methods, which includes control module, data acquisition module, communication module and power module, the software of the system contains basic information module, information maintenance module, monitoring information module and data analysis module, establishing the wind tower free climbing device diagnosis system. This wind tower free climbing device based on internet of things achieve the automation and information of monitoring management, which not only ensure the efficiency and safety of the wind tower maintenance, but also will open a new maintenance mode.
