摘要

The experimental study of scattering a dominant wave by a wire vibrator which connects through a small opening a rectangular waveguide and free half-space was carried out. The energetic characteristics of vibrator were studied depending on the frequency and geometric parameters such as the length of vibrator, immersed into the waveguide, its diameter. It was shown that the coupling element considered is an effective radiator at certain ratio of wavelength, the inner and outer parts of its length, and of its diameter.
