Wave propagation in foam specimens and definition of their dielectric characteristics

This article discusses the wave propagation of microwaves in the band from 3.2 to 4.4 GHz in foams with bubbles of sizes 0.7-2 mm. Results of experimental research and calculations of the electric characteristic ε and tgδ are presented.
