摘要

This paper presents a power factor correction (PFC) based control scheme for LED lighting system. This scheme is designed for digital implementation of power factor corrected driver circuit for LED lighting systems. The scheme is based on a flyback converter controlled through a digital controller consists of two control loops. First control loop ensure the power factor correction and DC bus voltage regulation. Another loop is designed to maintain the constant current and also provides the dimming control in the lighting system. The calculation burden of the proposed control algorithm is very less, therefore can be implemented using any simple low cost microcontroller.
