Nonlinear and linear crosstalk effects where the paths are implemented on the same chipset cannot be avoided in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) transceivers. This paper presents a crossover and crosstalk canceling digital predistortion (CCC-DPD) architecture, which can compensate the nonlinear crosstalk, linear crosstalk and nonlinearity of the power amplifier (PA). What's more, the linearization, nonlinear and linear crosstalk compensation are decoupled in CCC-DPD architecture. The simulation results show the proposed approach can effectively linearize the PA response and compensate the nonlinear and linear crosstalk with much smaller steady-state error than crossover digital predistortion (CO-DPD) and crosstalk canceling digital predistortion (CTC-DPD).
