Wireless power transmission (WPT) has received much attention in recent years due to its convenience, safety, reliability, and weather resistance. Especially with the application of various electric vehicles, the demand for high-power wireless power transmission has become stronger and stronger. This paper proposes and designs a high-power electromagnetic coupling coil with high power density, compact structure, and good heat dissipation performance, and it has been proved to have good transmission characteristics and anti-offset characteristics by finite elements. Finally, a 100kW wireless energy transmission experimental platform based on the SS compensation topology was established to verify the operating characteristics of the axial transmission distance of 30mm ~ 100mm. The maximum efficiency point of the system at a longitudinal distance of 30 mm is 95.1%.
