摘要

We measured the temperature dependence of the optical conductivity of conducting polymer poly (3,4-ethylendioxythiophene): poly-sytlene (PEDOT:PSS) thin films with DC conductivity from 0.1 to 600 /Ωcm by terahertz and infrared spectroscopy. The temperature and frequency dependence of optical conductivity of high conductivity samples are well explained by not the carrier hopping model but the localization modified Drude model including inelastic scattering effect, suggesting that high conductivity is attributed to the disordered metallic state due to the improved crystallization and the aggregation of PEDOT crystals in insulating PSS.
