Modeling the Smart Education and Coaching to Support “Let's Save Stocks Program”

The rapidly developing capital market education is the progress of a nation in the economic sector, including in the City of Pangkalpinang. Educational activities were proclaimed by the government with the statement “Let's Save Stocks Program” which became symbolic in introducing the capital market, especially to millennials. Based on the problems that need to be done, smart education modeling and coaching produce criteria from capital market experts using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method which includes application features, news content, fundamental analysis, technical analysis, minimum deposits, and transaction costs. After that, we get an infrastructure model for the development and implementation of the model with the FAST model (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) which consists of six phases. In developing a smart education model and the result of this research is the creation of a smart education and coaching model in supporting investment programs in the capital and stock markets by the Indonesian government.
