Workflow Optimization by applying a Data Modeling Methodology through a Software Application

1. Traditional implementation of workflows engines in DOF domain has requested some type of manual intervention 2. Initially the workflows were integrated manually by aggregating a number of disparate software suites to manage number of instances of the process through customization. 3. With the advent of workflow engines the task of automating DOF Optimization Workflows became somehow more effective but still required investment of time on data validation and data standardization. 4. A key element to execute effective workflows is to make sure that data is standardized at the source, so the output of the workflow is not flawed 5. Data should be modeled in a way that it can be made available to all the applications software related to the software.
