With the aggravation of space launch missions, the generally manual decision-makings could not have gotten a better solution for handling issues related to offshore instrumentation ship scheduling, and it has caused lots of waste of resources and even formed many constraints on space launch missions. This article departing from the perspective of the relevant maritime instrumentation ship scheduled, describes the actual analysis of its problem and establishes the mathematical model, then with the perspective of intelligent optimization, it uses ant colony algorithm to get fitting solutions. In the case that meets the relevant constraints by experimental examples, we can get closer to a multi-objective scheduling scheme, so that it has a good practical significance for solving practical problems.
