摘要

The electric power communication network is composed of communication devices and heterogeneous networks. In order to ensure the reliability and security of this large and complex network, which contains multi-technology and multi-layer, it is required to evaluate the security status of the electric power communication network. This paper carries out the technology of electric power communication network's security assessment. By analyzing the main factors affecting the safe operation of the communication network, we determine the appropriate safety evaluation index, and achieve the establishment of Electric Communication Network Security Assessment System based on the algorithm of Fuzzy AHP. We applied the Tianjin Electric Power Communication Network to the Security Assessment System, determine the assessment index and calculate the corresponding risk value.
