Intelligent power consumption management technology are developing rapidly. However, as an important role in consumer-side resource distribution, the distributed photovoltaic (PV) generator has not been typically taken into consideration. In order to enrich the user-side consuming strategies, a distributed photovoltaic power access scheme for intelligent power consumption management system is proposed here. Based on the intelligent power consumption management system, the PV array and battery are involved in via PV control unit and grid connected inverter unit. With the interaction of PV and other smart load devices, a more reasonable strategy for consumer on economy, comfortable degree, and power balance is offered. The operating constraints for PV accessed smart home system are also discussed and modulated here. Above all, a detailed workflow with self-learning feedback mechanism is proposed to promote the adaptability of system. Finally, it is proved the possibility and rationality for energy consumption is increased with the proposed scheme.
