摘要

Enthalpy recovery of a single polystyrene film subjected to one- and two-step temperature histories is investigated using rapid scanning chip calorimetry. A high fictive temperature glass, 117.1 °C, is formed by cooling at 1000 K/s, and the signatures of structural recovery, intrinsic isotherms, asymmetry of approach, and memory effect, are demonstrated. The structural recovery is followed using the evolution of the fictive temperature.
