UN-GGIM( United Nation Initiative on Global Geospatial Information Management) was resolved in 2014. Global Geodetic Reference Frame is to be organized for International Geodetic Datum Map Projections. Having learned from Japan Geodetic Datum 2000 and densely distributed Electronic Control Points in Japan, Parameter Estimation Satellite Geodesy, especially satellite surveying of geodetic network adjustments and 1 second realtime 1 cm accuracy multi-GNSS network adjustment, could be the most potential approach to establish Global Geodetic Reference Frame of South East Asian countries. Since 1999, FKP (Flaechen Korrektur Parameter ) method in Japan has been well proven for accuracy, efficiency and stability even in forestry and urban building areas. To realize the practical procedures, nationwide network adjustments and urban cadastral surveying were successfully conducted in Japan and Kyoto, Tokyo urban areas, and are now reported on this occasion.
