摘要

The scattering and absorption of the H-polarized plane wave by a circular dielectric cylinder with a graphene shell in THz range are studied. The mathematical model is based on the Maxwell equations with resistive boundary conditions on the surface of a zero-thickness shell, where the graphene electron conductivity is included as a parameter and determined from the Kubo formalism. It is shown that plasmon resonance frequencies can be tuned by changing the chemical potential value.
