摘要

An experimental investigation was performed on the rectangular open cavity with upstream dual jets in supersonic flow. The flow over the cavity became unstable in all cases. Because a shear-layer was expanded at the aft wall of the cavity by the effect of the dual jets, a dual jets injection model can enhance the mixing characteristics. However, if the distance of the dual jets was close, it cannot obtain effective mixing characteristics inside the cavity in particular.
