The vibration problem of the large scale high speed motor itself has been widely researched in the motor product factory, however, the actual vibration is more larger after the installation in engineering spot. This paper is taking the practical problem of western oil power station project as the research background. It is aiming at solving the strong vibration problem of the system of the oil pipeline motors in the west of China. The researching methods of the field experiment and finite element simulation are both used to analysis the characteristics of mode for the fixing base bracket system. The natural frequencies of various structure bases including all-steel, fulfilling-grouting and semi-grouting are analyzed respectively, and the reason of the system over vibration problem has been found out, and it has been verified of the improved scheme of the base system.
