摘要

Aimed at improving the contemporary marine exploration system, a detachable seal structure of the underwater sensor is put forward in the paper. The design of the whole mechanical seal structure as well as brief steps of assembly are introduced, followed by a calculation verification and software simulation. The whole seal function is carried out by the hydrostatic pressure seal with an O-ring and an annular rubber bump. The frequency response curves have been drawn throughout vibration test and output signals are analyzed to confirm the reliability of the detachable structure. Under the premise of guaranteeing the test requirements, this structure has advantages of both being detachable and all inside elements are easy to be replaced compared with the existing vulcanized seal ones.
