According to the basic connotation of on-line analysis system, this paper introduced basic detection principle, pneumatic flow chart, valveless switching module of Siemens on-line small chromatography which can make full compositional analysis of natural gas. We have a in-depth analysis for their application status and maintenance technical issues. At last, we point out that the specialized production and services of on-line analysis system is the development direction of modern real-time optimization of industrial process control.
