Cloud Computing is a fast technology, which is based on virtualization technique. It uses pay per use model that provides on-demand service for the cloud users. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is another technology which is used in tracking objects. Integrating the RFID technology with the massive cloud storage, we propose a system in which emergency vehicles such as ambulance, fire engine are made traffic free by blocking the other vehicles. RFID tag is fixed on the emergency vehicles which are scanned by the RFID reader placed at the traffic signal. GPS is used to find the current location of the emergency vehicle and to track the vehicles. We also focus on the patient's health condition mainly the heart beat rate, pulse and oxygen saturation content using heart beat rate sensor and pulse oximeter sensor and the details are instantly updated to the hospital database. Whenever the emergency vehicle is identified, the traffic is cleared so that it is provided with the way much faster to reach the destination.
