Agricultural supply chain stability is of great significance to guarantee market supply, stable demands and expand consumption demand of the residents. With the rapid development of Internet technology, mode of agricultural product supply chain under networked environment is becoming more mature, the use of the efficient management of the supply chain of agricultural products and the modern intelligent technology become the core means to improve the competitive power of the agricultural industry. This paper aims at the agricultural products supply chain operation mode under the environment of Internet of things, according to the structure classification of Internet of things technology analysis on the risk factors of the supply chain of agricultural products. It proposes corresponding preventive measures in order to reasonable avoid supply chain risks.
