Study on the H-Q Characteristic Curves of Centrifugal Pump with Inlet Pre-whirl

摘要

Based on the basic energy equation and the loss calculation model of centrifugal pump, the formation of centrifugal pump H-Q curves with the inlet pre-whirl is analyzed. The analysis shows that pre-whirl angles is very important to the B which is slope of the real centrifugal pump theoretical HT-Q curve, and the influence of the B and the C which is the parameter of the incidence loss model of centrifugal pump is very important to H-Q curves with the criterion of hump. The validity of the study conclusion is verified by numerical calculation, and it can provide guidance for the design, manufacture and application of centrifugal pump.
