摘要

The grounding transformer is a transformerintended solely for establishing a neutral connection pointon an ungrounded power system. Then grounded with thePetersen-coil or the low resistance. This paper makes thedepth analysis of the structure principle of the groundingtransformer and its electromagnetic relation. Then a zigzaggrounding transformer is modeled in MATLAB simulatorwith the single-phase 5 winding transformer. It could realizethe phase-to-phase faults and interterm faults simulation ofthe grounding transformer' any point .The simulationresults prove the analysis' correctness and validity, whichprovide the theoretical basis for the groundingtransformer's protection device.
