The integrated natural circulation boiler control system based on PCS7 (Progress Control System) is designed to solve the character of nonlinear and large time delay in the industrial progress. Considering the main variables of the control system: Steam pressure, air/fuel ratio, steam temperature, drum level are sensitive to the changes in working condition. In order to achieve better control effect, this paper used NLJ algorithm to optimize the parameters and design internal model controller (IMC) based on Model identification algorithm to solve the large time delay in the industrial progress. The controlled object is the natural circulation Boiler unit of SMPT-1000, using SIMATIC PCS7 to implement control system and the configuration monitoring software Win-CC is used for online real-time monitoring. The control process runs automatically and meets process requirement. The result of system experiment shows that the control strategy is reasonably designed.
