APPLICATION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT MODEL IN THE SELECTION OF LOGISTICS SUPPLIERS

How to choose the satisfactory logistics supplier and to make the scientific assessment to their service level and quality has important practical significance for the continuity of the enterprise produces in the logistics supply chain management. By making in-depth study on the uncertainty in the selection of logistics suppliers, this paper establishes the logistics supplier selection index system, and presents a comprehensive assessment model based on a improved Fuzzy-coordinate analysis for the selection of logistics suppliers and confirms the suitability of this model through an example. Because the Fuzzy-coordinate analysis model not only can combine comprehensively the advantages and shortcomings of the Logistics Suppliers selection plans but also can integrate the qualitative and quantitative methods, so the assessment results should be more overall and more objective. This model will provide a scientific analysis method for the enterprise to choose the best logistics supplier.
