For the issue of maneuvering target tracking when existing oppressive jamming whose polarization is unfixed, on the basis of information fusion of multi-sensors, we combine the technique of polarize agility and waveform agility to process the signal and data to achieve the target detecting, SCR rising and tracking precision improving. On the one hand, waveform agility can improve the measuring precision of distance and the azimuth, and the dispersion character of target's polarization is the function of the azimuth, so it can reduce the error value of the target echo estimation and improve the probability of target's examination. On the other hand, using echo's polarization can improve SCR, which is the precondition of waveform agility. Simulation results show that multi-sensors with waveform agility and polarize agility can detect target effectively, locate and track the maneuvering target accurately, even if the polarization of jamming is agility, which is better than the method only using polarize agility.
