Visually impaired people are the indispensable unit of our community. Their disabilities on the eyesight deprive them from using the computer, learning educational software, using digital devices and limit them from acquiring knowledge. The most established way for visually impaired person to learn is by becoming skilled at Braille language. They need special devices or one-to-one tutorial to master the Braille language. Braille language symbolized by six dots arranged in 3×2 matrix and it is readable only through the sense of touch. This paper introduces Braille Fingers Puller, which consists of Braille learning technique and Braille self-test method. Learning process is possible through wearable rings arranged in 3×2 matrix and self-test is possible through pushing the micro switches. The newly developed techniques allow users to practice independently. The Braille Fingers Puller device is portable and low cost compared to other learning materials for visually impaired people.
