The use of solar energy in sunny countries, is the effective solution tocover the lack of energy, its need not only lies in economic, but also to protect the environment. This research aims at theoretically studying the use of solar panels, to realize it one takes as model a house of average consumption. First, we determines the autonomous photovoltaic installation work from the energy requirements, Then we make an economic comparison of the energy cost (price per kilowatt hour) per sector depending on time (years) between the cost of kilowatt hour produced with solar panels, current Algerian (with support from the state and without state support) and with international standard. We have as a result that the cost of kilowatt hour produced in solar panels is 5.61 DA (0.051 US) equal with the cost of electricity from Algeria (without state support) before 14 years of installation and decreases until 3.96 AD (0.036 US before 30 years of installation.
