摘要

A compact triple band planar inverted F antenna with a rectangular slit is presented in this paper. The proposed antenna structure covers DCS, PCS, UMTS, 4 G LTE, WiMAX bands. The dimensions of the proposed antenna is 20 × 10 × 3.57 mm and can easily be integrate in housing of the mobile phone. It is found that rectangular slots on a radiating patch play a vital role to achieving multi-band. The impedance bandwidth of proposed antenna is 874.9 MHz (1.1675–2.0424 GHz), 921.4 MHz (2.8893–3.8108 GHz), 1.1448 GHz (7.9245–9.0693 GHz). The radiation pattern, peak antenna gain, return loss are simulated with the help of HFSS. The maximum gain of antenna are 6.3668 dB, 2.8577 dB.
