In this paper, FGD gypsum is used as the main mold material, adding quartz powder, high bauxite and glass fiber as filler Samples of the basic performances were tested through the orthogonal test, the optimal formulation was selected after comprehensive comparison, the basic properties of the formula are improved by adding additives such as water reducing agent, retarder and deforming agent, the end formula to meet the no-no-mouldmould casting was obtained.
