As power plant industrial residue, flue gas desulfurization gypsum has become the second largest solid waste, causing great pollution to the environment. In order to realize high value-added utilization of desulfurization gypsum waste, this paper puts forward the digital prototyping process of desulfurization gypsum mould. In this process, the blank based on desulfurization gypsum is machined by digital technology to quickly get the gypsum mould. This paper analyses the desulfurization gypsum formula, digital forming process,etc. And some typical parts were processed. Results show that the size error of the gypsum mould manufactured by this technology is within ±0.15mm, completely meeting the requirements of the gypsum mould casting. Compared with the traditional process, the technology can significantly shorten the mould manufacturing cycle, and reduce the cost.
