In this paper, a microcomputer multifunctional TV parallel device with sectionalized configuration was designed to solve faults such as voltage parallel failure, secondary circuit voltage loss and secondary circuit reverse charge which was caused by incorrect operation or equipment failure of 35kV and below voltage TV parallel. The analog voltage criterion is increased to its parallel control logic which compares with the value of in-phase voltage of the TV secondary circuit, It does not allow to parallel when the value of in-phase voltage difference is greater than the set value. The experiments show that the protection device has higher measurement accuracy, and it could provide effective protection and monitoring for TV, thus it is able to fully meet the TV parallel needs.
