All-optical digital signal processing are realized using non-linear properties of semiconductor optical amplifier. We propose an all-optical two-bit decoder/demultiplexer using SOA based MZI architecture which offers low power consumption, thermal stability and the integrating ability with all the active and passive elements. The input signals along with the enable signal are applied to the proposed architecture at the same wavelengths. The four decoder/demultiplexer optical results are also obtained at the same wavelength. Numerical simulated timing diagrams for different input combination of decoder/demultiplexer, confirms the described logic is obtained at 10 GB/s.
