USING NEW MEDIA AND FORMATS TO ACCOMMODATE CHANGING AUDIENCE NEEDS

摘要

This paper examines various media and technical communication methods I have used since 2001. The businesses I worked within and my audiences, the end users of the content I developed. I will also discuss current workplace trends and possible future trends. Attendees should leave with a historical context and a new perspective on the direction for Technical Communication.
