Reworkable, optically clear adhesive for display assembly

摘要

Optically clear adhesives that are readily reworked using a stretch-release process were developed. When properly designed, these materials can be removed without causing damage or leaving adhesive residue on the sensitive and costly display substrates. Critical design parameters were defined to insure that these novel adhesive sheets can be removed without excessive force and without breaking of the adhesive sheet.
