PROGRESS ON AMSO'S IN-SITU RETORTING PROCESS

1. AMSO has made substantial strides towards a Pilot operation on the RD&D lease in the Piceance Basin 2. Currently, we are in the process of designing and qualifying a new downhole heater system for the Pilot 2.1 Systematically qualifying multiple designs, including alternate heat transfer mechanisms 2.2 Building substantial in-house testing and modeling capabilities to qualify components and test process conditions 3. AMSO will decide on a new heater system for the Pilot sometime in the next 12-18 months with Pilot operation thereafter.
