摘要

Within the joint research project "PV-Klima" a selection of 13 different module types has been characterized by means of temperature coefficients, low irradiance behaviour, serial resistance and spectral response. To investigate production-based deviations of module characteristics a batch of 6 identical modules per type have been characterized to estimate the spread within one similar module type. Consequences of an internal module type specific spread on spectral mismatch factors and energy yield prediction based on simulation software PVsyst have been analysed in addition.
