Systems continuously monitoring crew memberpsychophysiological status implemented in theadvanced aircraft avionics suit will becomeeffective measure of flight safety promotion, asmore than 70% flight accidents are connected to«human factor». Standard recording equipmenton modern aircraft records up to several hundreddifferent indexes for monitoring flightparameters and on-board equipment technicalstate, but the status of the key element inaccidents prevention – pilot is still beyond thescope of standard recording. It is connected tohigh processing complexity of implementingpolygraphic methods of pilotpsychophysiological status continuousmonitoring on board the aircraft, as generallythey were developing as laboratory researchmethods. During experiment preparation andrealization these methods assume specialconditions provision and direct involvement ofhighly-qualified specialists, which does not allowtransfer of the primary methodology withoutdeep adaptation to production aircraft cockpitfor mainstream use.The given report considers some aspects ofdevelopment and flight tests in Flight ResearchInstitute of non-intrusive airborne system of pilotpsychophysiological status monitoring, thatallows to conduct monitoring independentlywithout the necessity of sensor installation onpilot’s body and outfit and without introductionof additional tasks for the pilot, as well as othernon-specific, not connected to common workingload impacts.
