Implementation of the transponder of a radio-frequency identification system, which is based on two one-port resonance transistor amplifiers (OPTA) and Lange coupler is considered. The results of operation simulation and good matching of the amplifiers with transmission line for I/O impedances of 50 Ohm, carried out in the program Agilent Advanced Design System, are obtained.
