A Modified De Sauty Autobalancing Bridge-Based Interface for Wide-Range Capacitive Sensor Applications

摘要

The work proposed here has shown a novel fully analog uncalibrated interface, for wide-range capacitive sensors, and its optimized version in terms of simpler architecture and wider estimation range. Measurement tests conducted through accurate sample capacitors have shown good results in terms of accuracy and sensitivity.
